Russian Military Main Operation Service chief General Sergei Rudskoy explained that Russian intelligence determined about 12 thousands oil tankers at the border of Turkey-Iraq on Friday. Rudskoy claimed that terrorists changed their smuggled oil transportation route due to the air strikes and they delivered.
