Women's Basketball: 8 Teams Aim For Qf İn World Tournament

Eight teams will compete for the remaining four spots in the quarterfinals of the women's basketball world championship on Wednesday.



The Czech Republic, Canada, France, Brazil, Belarus, China, Serbia and Cuba aim qualify for the quarterfinal stage of the 2014 FIBA World Championship for Women, which is being held in Turkey.



As group leaders, Spain, Turkey, Australia and USA advanced to the quarterfinals directly.



Host nation of the tournament, Turkey, after defeating Mozambique 64-54 in Ankara on Tuesday, will face the winners of Serbia vs. Cuba.



Today's fixtures in 2014 FIBA World Championship for Women are as follows:



Czech Republic vs. Canada at 16: 15 local time (15.15 CET / 1415 GMT)
