TOKYO -- Japan will send a delegation to the Democratic People' s Republic of Korea (DPRK) next Monday to investigate the Japanese nationals' abduction issue, Japan's Kyodo News said Wednesday.

MANILA -- A U.S. Marine suspected of killing a Filipino transgender was transferred to a facility of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in the Philippine capital region of Metro Manila on Wednesday morning.
