28 people have been arrested in relation to the provocation of Syrian refugees in Kayseri.

After the incident of sexual harassment against a 5-year-old girl by a Syrian individual in Kayseri, there were incidents in many parts of the city and the provocation spread to other cities as well. Minister of Interior Yerlikaya provided information about the ongoing investigation regarding the incidents.

"THE PERCENTAGE OF BOT ACCOUNTS HAS INCREASED TO 38%"

Yerlikaya stated that out of the 189 individuals identified to have made provocative posts on social media following the incidents, 6 have been arrested. Yerlikaya expressed that there has been a process of provocation on social media and said, "The percentage of bot accounts has increased to 38%."
