The first board of the HSK has completed the studies related to the excuse decree for judicial and administrative jurisdiction, and it has been announced on the HSK's website. Accordingly, 318 judges and prosecutors have been assigned to new positions in the judicial jurisdiction, while 14 have been assigned in the administrative jurisdiction. Within the scope of the decree, Gaziosmanpaşa Chief Public Prosecutor Haydar Memiş has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Istanbul Anatolia, and Bodrum Chief Public Prosecutor Hasan Dalak has been appointed as the Chief Public Prosecutor of Gaziosmanpaşa. Çanakkale Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Behçet İşlek has also become the new Chief Public Prosecutor of Bodrum. Erzurum Regional Court of Appeals Chief Public Prosecutor Hüsnü Hakan Yağız has been assigned to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Tekirdağ Regional Court of Appeals, while Ünal Bingül, who held this position, has been appointed to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Erzurum Regional Court of Appeals in place of Yağız.
