In the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Alihan Kuris, the leader of the Süleymancıs, a seizure decision was issued for 5 companies. While MASAK investigations determined that suspicious money movements and financial transactions were carried out through the companies, a detention order was issued for the owner of the companies, İrfan Yılmaz, within the scope of the charges of "being a member of a criminal organization," "fraud," and "money laundering."
A new development has occurred in the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding Alihan Kuris, the leader of the Süleymancılar community.
HERE ARE THOSE 5 COMPANIES
In the investigation carried out by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the financial structure of the criminal organization, in-depth financial examinations conducted by MASAK teams were decisive. As a result of the examinations, it was determined that suspicious money movements and financial transactions were carried out through the companies named Yılmaz Kimya, Yılkim Kimya, Erimer Kimya, Mie Girişimcilik ve Makine, and Astra Polimer, which were registered under the suspect İrfan Yılmaz.
DETENTION ORDER ISSUED
Following the identified suspicious transactions, the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took action and officially decided to seize the mentioned 5 companies. On the other hand, a detention order was issued for İrfan Yılmaz, one of the suspects in the investigation, within the scope of the charges of "being a member of a criminal organization," "fraud to the detriment of public institutions and organizations," and "laundering of assets derived from crime."
200 KG OF GOLD WAS FOUND IN THE YILMAZ KİMYA WAREHOUSE
Yılmaz Kimya, one of the companies subject to the seizure order within the scope of the investigation, is remembered for a striking detail that had previously come to the public's agenda. The 200 kilograms of gold seized during the searches conducted in the company's warehouse had caused widespread repercussions. The warehouses and financial movements of the company, considered to have a critical role in the organization's financial traffic, were also at the center of the MASAK report.
