ROOFS AND WALLS COLLAPSED
The rains affecting the cities of Bannu, Shangla, and Mansehra in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province negatively impacted life. In roof and wall collapses caused by the heavy rains, 7 people, including 2 children, died, and 33 people were injured.
It was reported that the injured were taken to hospitals for treatment.
ALARM RAISED AGAINST FLOOD RISK
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) announced that the risk of flooding has increased due to the ongoing adverse weather conditions in the region.
While an alarm was issued by PDMA for Swat, Upper Dir, Kohistan, Buner, and some other areas, citizens were asked to stay away from river and stream beds.
