2 WORKERS IN SERIOUS CONDITION

According to the information obtained, the thinner used by the workers painting the iron structures on the roof of Edirne Bus Terminal with the help of a platform crane caught fire for an undetermined reason during the work. Two workers were seriously injured in the fire that broke out as the flames spread quickly.

Upon the notification, fire, health, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire was extinguished with the intervention of the firefighting teams.

THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE IS UNKNOWN

The seriously injured workers were taken to the hospital by ambulances after the first intervention of the health teams. An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the fire.
