In Beyoğlu, M.A. (13) had an argument with his friend E.D. (13), who attends the same school. After the incident, M.A. left home in the morning to go to school and was stabbed in the neck by E.D., who blocked his way. E.D., who fled the scene, was caught by the police from the Beyoğlu Patrol Teams. It was reported that M.A. received 4 stitches on his neck and that his life was not in danger, while the incident was captured on security cameras. Speaking about the incident, M.A. stated, "I told my friends, 'I will commit a massacre, Miraç may not be able to come to school tomorrow.'" E.D., who was referred to the courthouse, was released under judicial control by the court.
The incident occurred on Thursday, October 30, around 09:00 in the Hacıahmet neighborhood. According to the information obtained, an argument broke out between M.A. and E.D., who are the same age and attend the same school. After the incident, E.D. left home with a knife early yesterday morning and waited for M.A. to arrive among the cars on the street. After a while, when M.A. entered the street, he was stabbed in the neck by E.D. M.A., who ran while holding his neck and screaming for his life, was taken to Okmeydanı Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital in Şişli by a neighbor's car for treatment.
BEYOĞLU POLICE CAPTURED HIM
It was learned that M.A., who received 4 stitches on his neck, was not in life-threatening condition. M.A., whose treatment was completed, was discharged. After the incident, the police from the Beyoğlu Patrol Teams, who initiated an investigation, quickly captured the fleeing suspect E.D. It was reported that legal action was initiated against E.D. for the crime of 'intentional injury' and that he was referred to the courthouse. The incident was captured on security cameras while the police started an investigation related to the case.
ALLEGATION OF THREATENING STUDENTS AT SCHOOL
On the other hand, it was alleged that E.D. threatened students at his school by saying, "There will be a massacre at school tomorrow morning." It was claimed that M.A., upon hearing these words, warned E.D., which led to an argument between them.
"I WILL COMMIT A MASSACRE, MIRAÇ MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COME TO SCHOOL," HE SAID
Speaking about the incident, M.A. said, "He was lying in wait behind the car while I was going to school in the morning. Then I came out, and he stabbed me. This child has a psychological problem; he picks on everyone. Then I picked on him too, but we had closed the issue. Then one morning, he came out, and this happened. He set a trap. He told my friends, 'I will commit a massacre, Miraç may not be able to come to school tomorrow.' The whole class is already complaining about him. Then I ran straight home, and my dad called an ambulance. When the ambulance didn't come, we went to the hospital with a neighbor's car. I received 4 stitches there. He was caught and is currently in custody. He has never had such an incident before; he has never stabbed anyone. He put the knife in his pocket, and then they found it at the police station," he said.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
E.D., who was referred to the courthouse, was released under judicial control to be tried without detention for the crime of 'intentional injury.'
