One of the most discussed issues in October continues to be the 'List of Imitated or Adulterated Foods' published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Initially, the list included over 600 foods, featuring numerous products such as meat, cheese, and olive oil, while the recent addition included new cheese and butter producers. It was learned that the netamisin substance detected in milk and dairy products helps extend the shelf life of the product by preventing the growth of mold or yeast.
