In Ankara, detention orders were issued for 6 suspects in an investigation into FETÖ's civilian structure. It was stated that the organization's secret communication application ByLock was detected on all the suspects' phones. Efforts to apprehend the suspects continue within the scope of the simultaneous operation initiated upon the instruction of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
In Ankara, as part of the investigation into the civilian structure of the FETÖ armed terrorist organization, a detention order has been issued for 6 suspects.
THEY WERE FOUND TO HAVE USED BYLOCK
In the investigation conducted by the Ankara Republic Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism Crimes Investigation Bureau, it was determined that the suspects engaged in organizational activities and used the organization's secret communication tool, ByLock.
A SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION WAS INITIATED
Upon the instruction of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was decided to organize a simultaneous operation throughout Ankara as of April 15, 2026. Within the scope of the operation, efforts to capture the suspects have been initiated.
POLICE TEAMS ARE ON THE FIELD
The procedures regarding the detention of the suspects and their referral to the courthouse are being carried out by the teams of the Ankara Provincial Police Department Financial Crimes Investigation Branch Directorate.
