The pilot of the Anadolu Jet plane scheduled for the Elazığ-Ankara flight said, "My flight time is up," which led to the flights being delayed. Passengers waited for hours at the airport and expressed their frustration over the situation. The flight, initially planned for 18:15, was delayed multiple times and ultimately canceled. While most passengers returned home, some were accommodated in hotels by the company.

The pilot of the Anadolu Jet plane, which was to operate the Elazığ-Ankara flight, announced, "My flight time is up," and the flights were postponed to the next day. Passengers who had been waiting at the airport for hours protested.

Passengers with tickets for the Elazığ-Ankara flight scheduled for 18:15 arrived at Elazığ Airport before the flight. While the passengers completed their procedures and waited for the time, it was announced that the flight had been postponed to 19:15.

THEY HAD A DISPUTE WITH OFFICIALS

While passengers were waiting for the flight time, another announcement was made, this time stating that it had been postponed to 20:00. Despite it being past 20:00, passengers who had not been allowed onto the plane began to argue with airport and company officials.

PASSENGERS PROTESTED

Upon learning that the flight was canceled after the pilot said, "My flight time is up," and that it had been rescheduled for 09:00 the next morning, the passengers virtually revolted. It was reported that most of the passengers returned to their homes, while some were accommodated in hotels by the company.

NEARLY 12,000 COMPLAINTS FILED IN 3 MONTHS

Complaints from passengers regarding Turkish Airlines' new brand AJet, which started operations at the end of March, had become a significant topic of discussion. Transport Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that 11,727 passenger rights applications had been made regarding the company in 3 months.
