A male corpse was found in the restroom of the IDO ferry.

A male corpse was found in the toilet of a ferry belonging to Istanbul Sea Buses (IDO) that docked at the pier in the Mudanya district of Bursa.

The incident occurred around 11:00 PM at the Bursa Ferry Pier in the Güzelyalı neighborhood. The ferry belonging to IDO, which completed the Yenikapı-Bursa route, docked at the pier.

MALE CORPSE FOUND

After the passengers disembarked from the ferry, it was noticed during the final checks conducted by the teams that a person was lying motionless in the toilet area. Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the pier. The medical teams that arrived at the pier determined that the male individual had lost his life. The corpse was taken to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institute's morgue after the investigation by the prosecutor's office and police teams. The investigation launched regarding the incident is ongoing.
