Bahadır Nahit Yenişehirlioğlu, the Deputy Group Chairman of the AK Party, was protested by animal lovers while attending the Kocaeli Book Fair as a speaker. Many people reacted to Yenişehirlioğlu, who prepared the draft law on "Amendments to the Animal Protection Law," chanting slogans such as "Don't be silent, shout out, no to the massacre." The protesters were removed from the hall by security personnel, and the harsh intervention they faced sparked controversy.

The Kocaeli Book Fair has started, and one of the speakers on the first day of the fair was Bahadır Nahit Yenişehirlioğlu, the Deputy Group Chairman of the AK Party.

Yenişehirlioğlu's interview at the Kocaeli Congress Center was protested by animal lovers. Animal rights advocates criticized Yenişehirlioğlu, who prepared the draft of the "Law on Amendments to the Animal Protection Law," which they called the "massacre law," and chanted slogans such as "Don't be silent, shout, no to massacre."

THE ATTITUDE OF SECURITY FORCES DREW REACTION

Security personnel intervened in the protest and removed the protesters from the hall. However, the harsh attitude of the security forces during this intervention was met with backlash.
