A member of the DEVA Party's brother was found dead in his vehicle.

The brother of Ertuğrul Kaya, a member of the Democracy and Progress Party (DEVA Party) from Gaziantep, Mehmet Ali Kaya, was found dead in his vehicle in the evening hours.

DEAD BODY FOUND IN LOCKED VEHICLE

According to the information obtained, citizens who noticed someone covered in blood in a vehicle after hearing gunshots in the Burhaniye neighborhood of İslahiye district called the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, police, health, and fire teams were dispatched to the scene. The lifeless body of Mehmet Ali Kaya (42) was found in the locked vehicle opened by the fire department teams. After the examinations, the body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institution.

IT WAS LEARNED THAT HE WAS THE BROTHER OF THE MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT

It was learned that Mehmet Ali Kaya, a father of four, who is suspected to have committed suicide, is the brother of Ertuğrul Kaya, the Deputy Chairman of the DEVA Party and a member of parliament from Gaziantep. A witness to the incident, a building attendant, stated that they found Kaya motionless in his working vehicle. A detailed investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
