Sources speaking on condition of anonymity stated that the French energy company and Partners Group are in advanced discussions and will announce the transaction to the public in the coming days.

VSB Group provides services such as project management and environmental planning in the renewable energy sector. The company operates in solar, hydro, and wind energy fields in France, Germany, Poland, and Italy.



VSB Group has over 500 employees and 21 branches worldwide. Partners Group acquired an 80% stake in VSB Group in 2020.
