It was alleged that Güllü's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, and her close friend, Bircan Dülger, were discussing escape plans in their conversations.

At the center of the allegations is Güllü's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter. It has been revealed that Gülter had previously sent messages included in the case file stating "I want my mother to die," and she responded to the allegations by saying, "My statement is not distorted as it is in the press. She was everything to me. How could I say that?"

A new audio recording of past conversations involving Güllü's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, has emerged in the investigation. The conversation between Gülter and her close friend Bircan Dülger, who is known to have received messages indicating that Gülter wanted her mother's death, has been included in the case file.
The dialogue in the audio recording is as follows:
Bircan Dülger: You burned me, tomorrow they will forcibly take me to the prosecutor's office. Your messages have been exposed. What will I say at the prosecutor's office?
Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter: I went out and gave my statement like a lion. Why are you going to Ferdi instead of going to the prosecutor's office?

ESCAPE PLAN ALLEGATION
According to a report on ATV, another audio recording has been added to the investigation file. In this recording, it is alleged that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter made an escape plan during a conversation with her friend Sultan Nur Ulu.
It was claimed that Gülter told Ulu, "You understood how to go to France, right? By truck without a passport. We can go to France personally, and we still have our right to Georgia."
Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter's lawyer made a brief statement regarding the newly emerged audio recordings, saying, "We will make the necessary statement regarding the matter in the coming days."
