The line, which is estimated to cost 8 billion 45 million 647 thousand 428 TL, is expected to start this year and be completed in 3 years. TEST DRIVES WILL BEGINThe report stated that the Kadıköy Pier Square, through which the tram line will pass, will be cleared of IETT stops, and some trees along the route will be relocated: Excavation works, the construction of stations, etc. will be completed, and then the final laying of the tracks will take place. Tram vehicles will be purchased, and after the purchasing process is completed, test drives will begin.
