In Büyükçekmece, a service bus carrying Istanbul Airport employees and containing 30 passengers overturned onto the side road at the D-100 highway Güzelce location. While 15 injured people were taken to hospitals, it was learned that the general health condition of the injured is good and 2 people are still being monitored.
15 people were injured when a shuttle bus overturned in Buyukcekmece. After the bus carrying Istanbul Airport employees overturned onto the side road while traveling on the D-100 highway at the Guzelce location, health, fire, and police teams were dispatched to the region.
THERE WERE 30 PASSENGERS
The accident occurred at the Guzelce location on the D-100 highway. The shuttle bus with license plate 34 LAV 526, carrying Istanbul Airport employees, overturned onto the side road while traveling.
It was learned that there were 30 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident. After the shuttle bus overturned, the situation was reported to the authorities.
TEAMS DISPATCHED TO THE ACCIDENT SCENE
Upon the notification, numerous health, fire, and police teams were directed to the region. The teams began work for the passengers injured after the accident.
Following the first aid interventions by health teams at the scene, the injured were transported to hospitals.
15 PEOPLE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
In the accident, 15 of the passengers on the shuttle bus were injured. After the intervention of health teams, the injured were taken by ambulances to Mimarsinan State Hospital and Beylikduzu State Hospital.
It was learned that the general health conditions of the injured receiving treatment in hospitals are good. It was stated that 2 of the injured are still being monitored.
