A bank employee in Rize was trapped inside the bank due to a bicycle locked to the bank door to prevent it from being stolen. Unable to reach the owner of the bicycle, the bank personnel had to break the lock to open the door.

The incident occurred yesterday evening at a private bank located on Tevfik İleri Street in Yeniköy neighborhood. An unidentified person locked their bicycle to the bank's glass door handle out of fear of it being stolen. After leaving the bicycle and moving away from the bank, the person whose identity is unknown, the bank personnel inside couldn't get out. The bank employees, whose working hours ended, asked for help from the people around and were trapped inside the bank for about an hour.

Unable to reach the owner of the bicycle, the bank personnel had to break the lock to open the door. The events that took place after the bicycle was locked to the bank door were recorded on a mobile phone by the people around.
