New details have emerged in the murder investigation of Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in the Eğertutmaz Stream 19 days after she went missing in Diyarbakır.

The Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has taken a series of technical surveillance measures against the suspects. In addition to listening to the suspects' mobile phones, environmental listening was also conducted during the same process. According to a report by Halk TV, it was revealed that the suspects tried to take precautions against environmental listening by turning up the music.

MUSICAL PRECAUTION AGAINST ENVIRONMENTAL LISTENING

As a result of the work carried out by security units, members of the Güran family received information that the Gendarmerie was conducting environmental listening. While investigating who leaked this information, it was determined that at least 7 separate family council meetings were held with the male members of the Güran family. These meetings took place both in open and closed areas. To prevent what was discussed in the meeting from leaking out due to environmental listening, they tried to take precautions by playing loud music.

MESSAGES DELETED AFTER NARIN WENT MISSING

Many members of the Güran family deleted their WhatsApp messages after Narin went missing on August 21. Similarly, phone call records were also deleted. Family members changed their mobile phones after the mentioned date.

RUGS, SOFA COVERS, AND RUNNERS WERE WASHED

Another piece of information obtained is that the members of the Güran family acted upon the many instructions given by Muhtar Salim Güran. It was determined that many rugs, sofa covers, runners, and tablecloths were washed in the father's house where Narin was murdered, and that the clothes of mother Yüksel Güran were also washed in the washing machine, with the rugs in the house being washed at least twice.

THE WASHING PROCESS WAS ORGANIZED BY THE AUNT

It was determined that the washing tasks were organized by the aunt Hediye Güran, and after the lifeless body of Narin was removed from the house, under the instruction of Salim Güran, the aunts Hediye Güran and Maşallah Güran, along with mother Yüksel Güran, washed the rugs and many other covers found in the area.

It was found that mother Yüksel Güran overloaded the washing machine at home by putting in more covers and clothes than its capacity, causing the washing machine to break down. Consequently, the covers and clothes that needed to be washed were taken to Hediye Güran's house to be washed there. It was determined that especially all the covers in the large hallway at the entrance of the house and in the room where Narin was murdered were washed. The floors were also reportedly wiped several times using bleach.

THEY TOOK A BATH AT LEAST TWICE

Another noteworthy piece of information obtained is that all family members, especially Hediye Güran, Maşallah Güran, and Yüksel Güran, took a bath at least twice on August 21, and it was also determined that Salim Güran took a long bath and washed his vehicle in front of the house.

HE HAD MEETINGS FOR HOURS

It was determined that Narin was murdered immediately after arriving home at 15:15. After the lifeless body of Narin was taken out of the house, it was found that uncle Salim Güran had phone conversations for hours with close acquaintances and family elders. Uncle Güran conducted nearly all of these conversations via WhatsApp. It was understood that Uncle Güran received help during these conversations to prevent evidence from being revealed.

THE SECRET WITNESS IS NOT A RELATIVE

Security units learned that Salim Güran acted in a panicked manner immediately after the incident. A person who was not a relative and was present in the village witnessed this situation. This person, who observed the events from a distance, contacted the security units. After experts from Ankara came to Diyarbakır, it was learned that this person was granted secret witness status and a secret witness procedure was initiated regarding him.

TÜBİTAK WILL RECOVER THE DELETED IMAGES

As a result of the work carried out by the Gendarmerie teams, it was determined that there was a security camera in uncle Salim Güran's house before the incident, but the cameras became inoperable after the incident. Similarly, it was understood that there was a security camera system that recorded audio in another uncle Hüseyin Güran's house, and this system was also disabled. It was revealed that all the footage from both security cameras was deleted using a special program. However, it was learned that the Gendarmerie teams seized the hard drives of both security cameras and sent them to TÜBİTAK. Meanwhile, after the work done by the security units, it was reported that the school key was found with uncle Güran, and after the incident, Güran went to the school to watch the security camera footage, and the hard drives of the school's security cameras were also removed for examination to investigate whether there was any deletion or tampering with the security camera footage.
