E.K. (31), who shared insulting content about Prophet Muhammad and his family on social media in İzmir, has been arrested. Law enforcement teams detained the suspect due to his posts, and he was arrested following judicial proceedings.
A.E. (31), who was determined to have made insulting posts about Prophet Muhammad and his family on social media in Izmir, was arrested. Izmir Provincial Police Department teams identified that A.E. used insulting expressions towards Prophet Muhammad and his family in the publications and posts made from his social media account.
ARRESTED
The suspect, whose address was identified, was detained in an operation carried out by police teams. After the procedures at the police station, A.E. was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the Duty Peace Criminal Court.
