As the airline company that flies to the most destinations in the world, Turkish Airlines (THY) is technologically enhancing passenger satisfaction to the highest level. In this context, THY has made a new collaboration agreement with Apple. In a statement regarding the baggage tracking system, THY's Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, stated that operational efficiency will increase with this innovation. INTRODUCED TO PASSENGERSIn a statement made on social media, Bolat said: "As Turkish Airlines, we are pleased to announce that we have collaborated with Apple to improve our baggage tracking system. With the release of iOS 18.2, our passengers will now be able to share the location information of their baggage that has AirTag or Find My supported devices with our relevant teams. Thanks to this innovation, we can quickly locate and deliver your baggage, aiming to enhance your satisfaction while increasing our operational efficiency. Using this feature is extremely easy: simply create a "Share Location" link through the Find My app and share it via our website https://lnkd.in/dhzeadvh. The shared location information is securely stored, automatically expires after seven days, or can be disabled by you at any time. Very soon, you will also be able to use the same feature through our mobile application. As Turkish Airlines, we are committed to using technology to enhance your travel experience. We will continue our efforts to ensure you have a better travel experience together. Thank you."
