SUP BOARDING IN FLOOD WATER
Stating that they face the same scene every time it rains, the industrial tradesmen resorted to an interesting method this time to draw attention to the infrastructure problem. Vehicle repair master Kadir Usta reacted by doing SUP boarding on the water-filled street. Citizens who saw the master advancing by rowing on the lake-like road were astonished.
The resulting images both amused and brought the infrastructure problem in the region to the agenda once again.
TRADESMEN DEMAND PERMANENT SOLUTION
The industrial tradesmen said that after every rainfall, the fronts of their workplaces remain under water, customers struggle to reach the industrial zone, and work is disrupted. The tradesmen demanded a permanent solution from the authorities for the infrastructure problem that has remained unresolved for years.
HEAVY RAIN AND HAIL AFFECTED THE CITY
Following the yellow code warning from the General Directorate of Meteorology, heavy rain and hail affected Adana around 3:00 PM. In the Seyhan and Çukurova districts, many streets and roads were also submerged. Some trees felled by strong winds damaged vehicles, while drivers struggled to move in traffic. Municipal teams started water drainage work in the areas.
