A trustee has been appointed to the presidency of TSYD.

The President of TSYD, Oğuz Tongsir, who was dismissed by the Ministry of Interior, has been replaced by Ünal Kılıçarslan, the Deputy Governor of Istanbul, who has been appointed as the trustee.

The Turkish Sports Writers Association (TSYD) announced that Ünal Kılıçarslan, the Deputy Governor of Istanbul, has been appointed as the trustee in place of the General President Oğuz Tongsir, who was temporarily removed from duty by the Ministry of Interior.

In a statement made to the members by TSYD, it was stated, "Our General President Oğuz Tongsir, who was temporarily removed from duty by the Ministry of Interior for bringing our members from Anatolia to the General Assembly, has been replaced by Ünal Kılıçarslan, the Deputy Governor of Istanbul, who has been appointed as the trustee. The trustee will start his duties at the TSYD General Center today at 14:30."
