In Mexico, five people lost their lives as a result of a vehicle explosion. It was reported that the car exploded in front of a police station, and three of the deceased were police officers. While the police have launched an investigation to determine whether the vehicle was carrying explosives, media reports suggest that the vehicle may have been loaded with chemical substances.
Five people were killed and four others were injured as a result of a vehicle explosion in the western Mexican state of Michoacan.
According to reports in the national press, a vehicle exploded for unknown reasons in front of the police station on Ignacio Lopez Rayon Street in the town of Coahuayana, which is part of the state.

It was reported that, in addition to the two people in the vehicle, three personnel on duty at the police station lost their lives, and four others were injured, some of them seriously.
