During the three-day, three-night wedding organized for the son of a prominent figure in the Menzil community, the community's sheikh, Seyda Sheikh Seyyid Muhammed Saki Elhüseyni, also joined in the traditional dance.

A WEDDING LASTING 3 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS
The wedding of Seyyid Abdürrahim Elhüseyni, son of Seyyid Taceddin Elhüseyni, one of the prominent figures of the Menzil community, lasted for 3 days and 3 nights, making headlines in the country with images shared on social media.
'ISLAMIC HALAY' AND 'SHEMMAME' TOGETHER
Members of the community shared their excitement by performing both their unique 'Islamic halay' dances and the region's famous folk dance 'Shemmame'.
THE MENZIL SHEIKH ALSO JOINED THE HALAY
One of the most talked-about details of the wedding was undoubtedly the moments when Seyda Sheikh Seyyid Muhammed Saki Elhüseyni, the sheikh of the Menzil community, also joined the halay. It was observed that the Menzil sheikh came to the square where the wedding was held, holding hands with other members of the community and dancing the halay.
During those moments, another striking detail was that Saki was surrounded by community members wearing vests with "Official" written on the back.
