A woman in Çorum was attacked with a knife by an unknown person while walking on the street. The unidentified person or persons stabbed the woman in various parts of her throat and body.

A woman named Hatice E. was attacked with a knife by an unidentified person or persons while walking on the street to go to the shopping center in Çorum. The woman, who was injured in various parts of her body and neck, sought help by taking refuge in a gas station she went to on her own.

Upon the notification, a health team and a police team were dispatched to the scene. After the initial intervention by the health team at the scene, Hatice E. was taken to Hitit University Erol Olçok Education and Research Hospital by ambulance and placed under treatment.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
