A 17-year-old teenager in America intentionally derailed trains to film a YouTube video. The incident caused $350,000 worth of damage. Interestingly, the teenager was the first person to report the accident and showed the footage to investigators. The investigation revealed that the teenager tampered with the railroad switch. Now, they are being tried on two serious charges and face a fine of $15,000 and up to 7 years in prison for each. This incident highlights the dangerous actions taken for social media attention.

A 17-year-old teenager in the state of Nebraska, USA deliberately derailed trains in order to capture "crazy" footage to share on YouTube.

The teenager filmed and shared the video of the train accident that occurred in the town of Bennet on April 21. He used the title "THE CRAZIEST VIDEO I'VE EVER SHOT!" in the video.

In the footage, two locomotives and five loaded freight cars derail after colliding with an empty car, but they do not overturn. The teenager constantly shouts "Oh my God!" while filming the incident. The accident caused $350,000 worth of damage, but fortunately, no one was injured.

Interestingly, the teenager was the first person to report the accident and even approached an investigator at the scene to show the footage he captured. This behavior raised suspicion and led to a deeper investigation.

As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the teenager tampered with the switch button on the train tracks and did it intentionally. Security camera footage shows the teenager wandering in the area and approaching the tracks before the incident.

Now, the teenager faces two separate charges for causing damages of more than $5,000 each. If found guilty, he could receive fines of up to $15,000 and up to seven years in prison for each charge.

This incident draws attention to the increasing number of young people who engage in dangerous and illegal actions to gain attention on social media. Authorities warn about the serious consequences of such behavior.
