In the Efeler district of Aydın, a car struck Gülay Çıbık (60) as she was trying to cross the road at night. Çıbık died at the scene. The driver, S.Ç., was taken into custody, and an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
In the Efeler district of Aydın, Gülay Çıbık (60) lost her life after being hit by a car while trying to cross the road. The accident occurred around 00:10 at the Gölcük location in İmamköy Neighborhood. The car with license plate 09 EN 365, driven by S.Ç. (19), which was traveling on the Aydın-Denizli highway, struck Gülay Çıbık, who was trying to cross the road. Upon the notification, 112 Emergency Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area.
DRIVER TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Health teams determined that Çıbık had lost her life. Çıbık's body was taken to the morgue of Aydın Adnan Menderes University Hospital. While gendarmerie teams took the driver S.Ç. into custody, an investigation into the accident was initiated.
