Accident in the funeral convoy of the martyr: 6 injured.

A funeral ceremony was held in the Kozan district of Adana for Specialist Corporal Eren Kızıldağ (25), who was injured by the harassment fire of PKK terrorists in the Pençe-Kilit operation area in northern Iraq and later died in the hospital where he was treated.

ACCIDENT IN THE FUNERAL CONVOY

After the ceremony, the martyr's body was on its way to be buried in the Ormancık Cemetery in the Feke district. During this time, a car with the license plate 01 SE 010, driven by Ertuğrul Özata, collided with a pickup truck with the license plate 01 D 6771, driven by Naci Karatop, coming from the opposite direction around 1:00 PM.

Health, fire, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of those nearby. In the accident, driver Ertuğrul Özata, the martyr's aunt Hamide, Esra Özata, and the pickup truck driver Naci, along with Seyhan Karatop and Duran Kavukluca, were taken to Kozan State Hospital by ambulances after the first intervention. It was reported that the health conditions of the injured under treatment were good, and an investigation into the accident was initiated.
