The young man, who was going downhill on a scooter in a side street, could not stop and uncontrollably came out onto İnönü Street. At that moment, the driver of a closed-box pickup truck traveling on the street made a last-minute maneuver to avoid hitting the young man.
HE GOT OUT OF HIS VEHICLE AND SLAPPED HIM
After the accident was narrowly avoided, the driver stopped his pickup truck, got out of his vehicle, went up to the young man, and slapped him. Citizens nearby intervened and calmed the driver down. The driver then got into his vehicle and left the scene.
