Afghan Security Forces Kill 30 Taliban, İnjure 14

Afghan security forces killed at least 30 Taliban militants and injured 14 others in military operations in four provinces of the country, the Afghan Defense Ministry announced Thursday.



The ministry has said in a statement the deaths had occurred over the previous 24 hours in Helmand, Wardak, Ghazni and Nangarhar provinces. 



A total of 10 Afghan soldiers were killed in operations, the statement followed. 



During the operations, 15 Taliban militants were detained and many weapons were seized, the ministry said.
