Developments in Turkey

Turkey has administered more than 121 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines since it launched an immunization drive in January, according to the latest official figures released Monday.

World-renowned Turkish scientist and Nobel Prize Laureate in Chemistry Aziz Sancar called for greater investment in the sciences across the Turkic world.

Turkey favors maintaining unity and solidarity with the Gulf states and boosting ties, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said ahead of an official visit to Qatar.
