In the airstrikes carried out by Israel on southern and eastern Lebanon on Monday, 492 people lost their lives, while 1,645 were injured. Israel announced that 800 areas were targeted in the largest-scale attacks it has conducted in the country since the beginning of the conflicts. Lebanon's Health Minister Firass Abiad stated in a press conference that among the deceased were 35 children and 58 women, and that the identities of many of the deceased have not yet been identified, with the injured being transferred to more than 27 hospitals in the region.
