Arsenal's plan for Arda Güler

Arsenal's plan for Arda Güler

21.11.2024 14:32

A new claim has emerged regarding national football player Arda Güler, who has been the subject of discussions due to his limited playing time at Real Madrid. The Spanish press has reported that Arsenal is interested in Arda and is considering loaning him. There are also rumors that Arda is unhappy with his lack of playing time at Real Madrid. Previously, Arsenal had loaned Martin Ødegaard from Real Madrid under similar circumstances and later transferred him for a fee of 35 million euros.

It has been reported that Arsenal has seen a similar process in Arda as Martin Odegaard experienced at Real Madrid and is considering loaning the national player.

ODEGAARD ROSE FROM THE ASHES

According to a report from the Spanish press outlet Sport, Arsenal is interested in the national player. Real Madrid had signed Martin Odegaard, one of the biggest names to emerge from Norway in recent years, when he was just 16 years old. The 25-year-old player was loaned to Real Sociedad after not getting enough playing time at Real Madrid, where he showcased his quality. After his time at Real Sociedad, the Norwegian player was loaned to Arsenal and later signed with the English club for a transfer fee of 35 million euros. Since 2021, Odegaard has been a player with a transfer fee for Arsenal and has become one of the team's captains and leaders over the past four years.

ARDA'S PERFORMANCE

Arda Güler, whose current market value is shown as 45 million euros, has a contract with Real Madrid that runs until 2029. Transferred from Fenerbahçe to Real Madrid in the summer of 2023, Arda Güler has scored 6 goals in the 24 matches he has played so far under the Real Madrid jersey.
