According to the decision taken by the 1st Commercial Court of Istanbul, a 3-month temporary stay was announced due to the concordat case. It was stated that the temporary concordat commissioners were appointed with the decision, which will be valid from April 9. It was noted that the preliminary examination and investigation hearing was decided to be held on July 3, 2025, at 14:00, considering the date when the temporary stay period will end.
