As the coffin, the size of a child, was taken out of the hospital, tears flowed like a river.

The funeral of Sıla Y., who lost her life after a month-long struggle for survival at Tekirdağ City Hospital, was taken from the morgue.

Little Sıla Y., who is 2 years old and allegedly subjected to sexual abuse and violence by the children of her neighbors in the Malkara district, was fighting for her life intubated in the intensive care unit. While her family waited hopefully in front of the hospital, the baby's condition worsened and resulted in death as she did not respond to the medications.

5 PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE MOTHER, ARE ARRESTED

While the investigation continues regarding the incident, in which mother Bakiye Y. and 4 other children from the neighborhood are detained, Sıla's funeral was taken from the morgue of Tekirdağ City Hospital by her family. As the funeral was received, the baby's two aunts were overwhelmed with tears. The funeral will be buried in the New City Cemetery after the prayer to be held at Altınova New Mosque.
