A series of bomb attacks killed at least 14 people in Afghanistan, security sources said Wednesday.
Five deaths were reported when an explosion targeted worshippers inside Prophet Zechariah Mosque in Kabul, said police spokesperson Khalid Zadran on social media.
And at least nine people were killed and 15 wounded in three separate similar attacks in Mazar-e-Sharif, according to provincial police sources.
The Daesh/ISIS terror group has recently stepped-up attacks across Afghanistan, challenging the Taliban, who took control of the country last August.
