In an incident at a motorcycle festival in the Turhal district of Tokat, two individuals who warned a noisy motorcycle driver were shot by the driver with a gun. One person lost their life in the incident, while the other is still receiving treatment.

During the motorcycle festival held in the Turhal district of Tokat, a rider named Osman İşeri, who made noise by revving his motorcycle to the so-called 'redline', shot Kürşat Elitaş and Ahmet Kuvan, who warned him. REDLINE DISPUTE ENDED IN BLOODSHED



The incident occurred around 10:00 PM in the Turhal district. During the closing event of the motorcycle festival organized by the Turhal Motorcycle Club in the city, Osman İşeri allegedly started making noise by revving his motorcycle to the 'redline'. İşeri began to argue with Kürşat Elitaş, who warned him. As the argument escalated quickly, Osman İşeri fired at Elitaş and his companion Ahmet Kuvan with a gun. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to Turhal State Hospital after the initial intervention by the health team. Kürşat Elitaş, who was shot in the head, died despite all the doctors' efforts. While Ahmet Kuvan's treatment continues in the hospital, Osman İşeri was detained by the police. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
