THEY ATTACKED WITH A SHOTGUN SAYING 'WE WILL BE BACK'

Three individuals who came to Midyeci Ahmet argued with the staff over a "queue" issue. The argument quickly escalated into a brawl. After threatening "we will be back," the three customers left the establishment. About two hours later, one of the two helmeted suspects who arrived on a motorcycle opened fire with a shotgun while customers were eating inside. One of the employees responded to the attackers with a weapon, while another defended himself with a stone taken from the sidewalk.

FOUR CUSTOMERS BECAME TARGETS OF BULLETS

In the sudden chaos of the attack, customers İbrahim K. (24) and Osman B. (34) were shot in the leg, Tuna A. (19) was shot in the leg, and Umut Atahan A. (22) was injured in the leg and hip. Two bullets from the shotgun hit the establishment. The injured were taken to the hospital by an ambulance dispatched after the notification.

CAUGHT AT HIS HOME

As a result of their investigations, the Beşiktaş Public Order Bureau teams identified the shooter from the motorcycle as Ömer K. (25). Police teams, having learned that Ömer K. had gone to a police station in Kağıthane to sign, apprehended him at his home in an operation.

SHOTGUN FOUND IN THE APARTMENT HALLWAY

The suspect confessed that the person who instigated the incident was Sercan U. (32). Following this, the teams detained Sercan U. and his wife Hatice U. (28). During the searches, the shotgun used in the incident was seized from the apartment hallway.

RELEASED FROM PRISON AND SURRENDERED AFTER THE ATTACK

Police teams determined that the suspect who used the motorcycle in the incident was Ahmet U. (27). Investigations revealed that Ahmet U. had been released from prison on the day of the incident and surrendered to the prison on the morning of the attack.

Following the brawl that occurred before the attack, Büşra A. (29), who came to pick up the three suspects in her car, and Melda Rabia U.
