Is Vodafone offering any privileges for Red customers in terms of social media usage?

Thanks to the unlimited application privilege in their tariffs, our Red customers can use the most popular applications without consuming their internet. In the past year, Red users have used approximately 65 million GB in messaging applications (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Signal, Bip, and YaaY); a total of 197 million GB in social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter); approximately 4.6 million GB in music applications (Spotify, Karnaval.com, Power App, Tidal); approximately 5.3 million GB in video applications (YouTube and izlesene.com); and more than 238,000 GB in entertainment applications such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are the newest and most prestigious members of the unlimited application family. As a result, they spent 21 million days on social media without consuming their internet, sent approximately 400 billion messages in messaging applications, listened to 2 billion songs in music applications, watched 1 million videos on YouTube, and watched 3 million episodes of series in entertainment applications. In the past year, approximately 173,000 of our new or renewed Red customers benefited from the 3-month free YouTube Premium membership offered to them, resulting in a total benefit of 25 million TL.

Is there an advantage for Red subscribers in using mobile phones abroad? Do you have special packages for international use?

With our "All-Inclusive Passport," our customers can use all their minutes, SMS, and internet in both directions while abroad. In this context, you can use all your minutes to any direction in your tariff for calls made to the country you are in and calls made to you from Turkey. You can also use your SMS to any direction in your tariff for sending SMS to the country you are in and to Turkey while abroad. You can use all your internet while abroad as well. The "All-Inclusive Passport" is now valid in 200 countries instead of 131.

"A PACKAGE THAT IS VALID IN 200 COUNTRIES, FREE OF CHARGE"

We offer our postpaid customers the "Welcome Gift for Going Abroad," which will be automatically loaded and will meet their urgent communication needs at the moment of their first landing abroad. This is a package that is valid in 200 countries and free of charge. It is renewed monthly in each billing period. It includes 30-day valid 50 MB internet, 5 minutes of calls (incoming and outgoing), and 2 SMS. 50 MB of internet is equivalent to approximately 1.5 hours of WhatsApp call and 15 minutes of video call when other applications are not used in the background. During the last holiday, our customers who went abroad saved a total of 21 million TL by benefiting from this package.

As an alternative to the "All-Inclusive Passport," we have developed two new additional package options called "1 GB Abroad" and "3 GB Abroad." The "1 GB Abroad" package includes 1 GB of internet valid in 200 countries, 15 minutes of calls (incoming and outgoing), and 10 SMS. The "3 GB Abroad" package includes 3 GB of internet valid in 200 countries, 30 minutes of calls (incoming and outgoing), and 15 SMS.

In addition, we offer our customers who experience problems with their line while abroad the opportunity to call Vodafone Customer Services free of charge; this service used to be charged. Customers who send an SMS with the word "RED" to 542 while abroad can call Vodafone Customer Services free of charge. We are expanding this service, which used to be valid in 26 countries, to 200 countries.
