Ayşe Ateş reacts to the interim decision of the court: I will shatter the frame you have drawn and throw it under your feet.

The fifth hearing of the murder case of Sinan Ateş, the former General Chairman of the Idealist Hearths, was held today in Ankara. After the completion of witness statements, the court announced its interim decision. The court released Zekeriya Asarkaya, Hakan Saraç, Aytaç Ataç, Caner Günray, Umut Ersoy, Alper Atay, Mehmet Yüce, Erdem Karadeniz, Osman Bayraktar, and Ufuk Köktürk with a travel ban and judicial control condition. The court adjourned the case until July 19.

AYŞE ATEŞ'S SHARP REACTION TO THE INTERIM DECISION

Ayşe Ateş, the wife of Sinan Ateş, expressed her reaction to the interim decision of the court through her social media account after the hearing. She said, "In fact, they are saying that you should accept whatever we say, and you should not step out of the frame we have drawn. If you do, we will destroy you. I stepped out, I am stepping out, and I will continue to step out! I will shatter the frame you have drawn and throw it under your feet."

In her post, Ateş used the following statements; "First of all, I request that every word that will come out of my mouth here and now, which seeks justice for all bleeding consciences, be recorded as a poverty that we are. After all the disloyalty and meanness we have seen from those we called friends, and all the mercy and compassion shown by those we considered enemies."

"THE TRAP THEATER ENDED TODAY"

I want to emphasize once again that the only thing I hold onto in life is goodness, and that I separate people as good and bad. Dear Press Members, the trap theater supported by the press, media, and social media, which aimed to reduce the political murder case in Sincan to a matter of debt collection, ended today after five days in the Sincan campus.

As you know, there are two separate files, although they are completely related in terms of the suspects it covers, the connections between the suspects, and the evidence it contains. Therefore, we call this trial in Sincan an incomplete court with an incomplete indictment. We declare to our dear nation that we find every decision taken, whether positive or negative, legally deficient.

If I have to list the reasons for this; as you know, it was reported in the press that a complaint was filed stating that the minutes were changed despite the fact that Tolgahan Demirbaş was detained at Olcay Kılavuz's house by a police officer. On the other hand, a criminal complaint was filed against the prosecutors who previously handled the case, on the grounds that they were members of FETÖ. The most important basis of this criminal complaint was the statements of drug dealers and hired killers. Those who used to like the incomplete indictment and made comparisons with us until yesterday, now do not like it.

"YOU CAN'T ESCAPE EVEN IF YOU HIRE 100 LAWYERS"

It is known that the indictment was prepared based on the picture revealed by the prosecutors who were subject to criminal complaints during the investigation process. However, the call made from the parliamentary podium a few weeks ago, saying "The indictment should be accepted as soon as possible, and the trial should begin!" was suddenly forgotten with a new scenario that came to mind.

Remember; Not long ago, a person named Burak Bekiroğlu made threats by tagging me in his post on social media, saying "If you speak again, I will frame you for FETÖ in such a way that even if you hire 100 lawyers, you cannot escape. I will bury you in Pennsylvania." He also claimed that this murder was instigated by Mustafa Özcan, who is known to be a fugitive FETÖ Imam. Furthermore, he said, "You also know this truth." I filed a criminal complaint against him regarding his threats through my lawyers. However, he has not yet submitted any information or evidence to the prosecutor's office regarding this murder being instigated by the fugitive FETÖ Imam Mustafa Özcan.

So, what happened next? The defense lawyers presented these baseless allegations in the courtroom throughout the trial. They did not provide any evidence. Just like those who spoke based on the statement of a hired killer claiming that Sinan was killed by his childhood friend Selman, and those who claim to be acquitted based on these statements...

The framework of the questions asked by the defense lawyers throughout the trial covered the allegations and accusations that were put forward by a certain focus on social media days ago. I made a documented post about this on my X account yesterday. Those who want to see the truth can look there.

In addition, in the press statement I made yesterday morning, I drew attention to the attack we were subjected to during the trial. Immediately after that, the paid pens of the dark power started to spread rumors like "Ayşe Ateş defended the FETÖ Imam." Because they want to close it by saying "FETÖ did this incident."

"I STEPPED OUT, I AM STEPPING OUT, I WILL CONTINUE TO STEP OUT"

They have set up a trap, and they are marketing your contrary statements as "defending FETÖ, FETÖ members, FETÖ Imam." In fact, they are saying that you should accept whatever we say, and you should not step out of the frame we have drawn. If you do, we will destroy you. I stepped out, I am stepping out, and I will continue to step out! I will shatter the frame you have drawn and throw it under your feet!

Distinguished Press Members, the process we have witnessed has led us to the following conclusion: There was a theater at the center of the defamation campaigns and FETÖ accusations carried out through official accounts both before Sinan's murder and through fake accounts opened after his murder. They have created and staged this theater in the context of "We will declare anyone who comes before us, whether they are mothers, sisters, or wives, as FETÖ members. Sinan was also a FETÖ member. This is an intra-organization execution carried out to target us, and we will cover it up using our power."

"SINAN'S MURDER SHOULD REMAIN AS THE LAST LINK IN THE POLITICAL MURDER SERIES"

I don't want to prolong the speech and waste the valuable time of both you and our dear nation who listen to us. The visible village does not need a guide. Because every development takes place in front of the public eye. Dear Press Members, it is clearly necessary to establish a "Parliamentary Investigation Commission" in order to prevent any suspicion of evidence tampering in this case, to ensure that this trial process progresses rapidly and stays true to the truth, and to shed light on all aspects of this political murder, which aims to establish a dark and oppressive power over the judiciary and the police.

Because if this political murder committed in the heart of Ankara, right next to the Presidential Complex, in front of cameras, and in broad daylight is covered up, the next target of this barrel can be any of our citizens in a dark and secluded corner. With the courage gained from here, multiple political murders can be committed consecutively. As you know, history is full of such bitter experiences. Sinan's murder should remain as the last link in the series of political murders.

Undoubtedly, with the establishment of this commission, the first step of a new process that will bring hope to all the poverty-stricken people in our country will also be taken.
