Basketball: Lebron James Among Top 5 Nba Scorers

Los Angeles Lakers' LeBron James pegged his place on the National Basketball Association's (NBA) scoring list ranking fifth on Wednesday night.



James is the fifth most-scoring player of NBA with 31,425 points.



Playing against Portland Trail Blazers, LeBron replaced the former basketball player Wilt Chamberlain in the NBA list.



NBA's 2018/2019 regular season continued with 11 games on Wednesday.



The 33-year-old James scored 44 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists in a 126-117 win over Portland Trail Blazers. He missed triple-double by one assist.



Kareem Abdul-Jabbar holds the first place with 38,387 points, followed by Karl Malone with 36,928 points.



Kobe Bryant ranked in the third place with 33,643 points, while Michael Jordan scored 32,292 points to claim the fourth place in the NBA's all-time scoring list.
