According to a report from the German press outlet Fussball Europa, the Italian team Milan and Premier League representative Everton made an offer to Beşiktaş for Semih. The report claims that Milan proposed a transfer fee of 12 million euros to add the 19-year-old player to their squad, and Everton's offer was said to be at a similar level.

However, it was noted that Beşiktaş rejected both teams' offers. The black-and-white club is reported to be expecting a revenue of between 25-30 million euros from the sale of Semih Kılıçsoy.
