Businessman Nihat Karaaslan was attacked by armed assailants while entering the market located underneath his house in Ankara with his friend. Karaaslan and his friend were taken to the hospital with injuries, and the details of the attack emerged 5 days after the incident.

The shooting of businessman Nihat Karaaslan and his friend Cengiz A. in front of his house in Ankara was captured on security cameras.

ATTACKED WHILE ENTERING THE MARKET

The incident occurred on 02.07.2024, when businessman Nihat Karaaslan was about to enter the market located underneath his house to do some shopping with his friend Cengiz A., he was attacked by an unidentified person with a gun.

As a result of the gunfire, Karaaslan, his friend Cengiz A., and a person working at the market were injured. The attack caused panic and fear in the market, and upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene, and the injured were taken to the hospital by ambulances after initial treatment.
