On July 31, the Head of Communications, Fahrettin Altun, published a condolence message on social media platform X account after Haniye's death and drew attention to Instagram's blocking of posts related to Haniye, stating, "I strongly condemn the social media platform Instagram for blocking people from publishing condolence messages without any reason. This is a very clear and explicit censorship attempt."
