Turkey Press Federation President Sinan Burhan reacted to the detention of CNN Türk reporter Emrah Çakmak and cameraman Halil Kahraman, who are working in Israel.
Burhan stated the following in his written statement:
"As the Turkey Press Federation, we condemn Israel. Israel has detained Emrah Çakmak and Halil Kahraman from the CNN Türk team broadcasting in Tel Aviv. Why is Israel disturbed by CNN Türk broadcasts? What is Tel Aviv trying to hide?
