After the absolute nullity decision, while it is being discussed that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the chairman's seat in CHP, will take the party to a congress before long, a striking claim has been put forward. It was alleged that Kılıçdaroğlu does not consider a congress in the near future and wants to lead the CHP into the general elections himself. It was also claimed that Kılıçdaroğlu would not be the presidential candidate of the CHP.

In the claim made by TGRT Ankara Representative Fatih Atik, he said, "A congress is not expected in the near future. Kılıçdaroğlu will lead the CHP to the elections. He will not be the presidential candidate."
ÖZGÜR ÖZEL: WE WANT A CONGRESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Meanwhile, Özgür Özel, who spoke with Kılıçdaroğlu on the phone the previous day, briefed the crowd gathered in front of the CHP Headquarters. Özel stated that he told Kılıçdaroğlu, "I have no concessions. We want a ballot as soon as possible, we want a congress."
GÜRSEL TEKİN: THE GRAND CONGRESS WILL BE IN 7 MONTHS
A statement regarding the eagerly anticipated elective congress in the CHP also came from Gürsel Tekin, known for his closeness to Kılıçdaroğlu. Speaking to Sözcü, Tekin said, "There is no chaos. A new congress will be held in Istanbul," while also stating that preparations for the extraordinary congress would begin shortly and the process would not be prolonged. Additionally, Tekin said that the CHP's elective grand congress would take place in seven months.
