With the appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette, new assignments were made at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of National Education, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. While the provincial directors of Muğla, Muş, and Afyonkarahisar at the Ministry of Environment were dismissed, changes were also made in the management cadres of the Forensic Medicine Institution and the National Lottery Administration. Two managers were also dismissed at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the General Directorate of Foundations.

13 APPOINTMENTS MADE AT THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE
At the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Muğla Provincial Director Ömer Bolat, Muş Provincial Director Yusuf Akkaya, and Afyonkarahisar Provincial Director Merih Karayol were dismissed. A total of 13 appointments were made within the Ministry.
Barış Ecevit Akgün was appointed Deputy Director General of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permitting and Inspection, and Sakarya Provincial Director Nedim Arsal was appointed Deputy Director General of Geographic Information Systems. Hasan Mehmet Kuyumcu was appointed to the Sakarya Provincial Directorate.
Bolu Provincial Director Oğuzhan Kurt was appointed to Balıkesir, Denizli Provincial Director Mehmet Fatih Namık Öztürk to Kayseri, and Kastamonu Provincial Director Oktay Marşap to Ordu. Following these changes, Abdullah Yenigün was appointed to the Bolu Provincial Directorate, Ertuğrul Yıldırım to the Denizli Provincial Directorate, and Resul Deveci to the Kastamonu Provincial Directorate.
Özgür Somuncu was appointed to the Karaman Provincial Directorate, Yusuf Sarıkaya to the Muğla Provincial Directorate, Murat Turan to the Muş Provincial Directorate, and Mesut Önem to the Kocaeli Provincial Directorate.
NEW APPOINTMENTS AT THE FORENSIC MEDICINE INSTITUTE AND THE NATIONAL LOTTERY ADMINISTRATION
Specialist Dr. Ali Ulvi Çalık, a forensic medicine member of the Fifth Specialization Board of the Forensic Medicine Institute, was appointed Deputy President of the Forensic Medicine Institute. Specialist Dr. Refik Akman was appointed as a forensic medicine member of the Second Specialization Board pursuant to Article 26 of Law No. 2659.
A change was also made in the management staff of the General Directorate of the National Lottery Administration. Hikmet Yıldırım was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors, Salih Ercan as Deputy Director General and Member of the Board of Directors, and Nigar Genç as First Legal Counsel.
POSITION CHANGE AT THE MINISTRY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES
Yakup Gümüş was appointed Deputy Director General of Services for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly at the Ministry of Family and Social Services. Çiğdem Açıkyıldız Kazel, the Ministry's Kırıkkale Provincial Director, was dismissed.
APPOINTMENTS AT THE MINISTRIES OF NATIONAL EDUCATION AND AGRICULTURE
Fikri Erdem Kökbay was appointed Deputy Director General of Construction and Real Estate at the Ministry of National Education.
Mahmut Musa Timur was appointed Deputy Director General of Food and Control at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and Özge Umut Eker was appointed Deputy Director General of Legal Services.
TWO DISMISSALS AT THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM
Zekeriya Ünal, Kütahya Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Lütfi Karabacak, Adana Regional Director of Foundations at the General Directorate of Foundations, were dismissed.
